The clubhouse has a 24 x 28 comunity room, rest room facilities, full size refrigerator, charcoal grill, and stove/oven are available for use.  The club house is available for private parties from May through September except during normal pool hours. 

The pool is "L" shapes, 20 x 60 x 30 feet. The depth varies from 3 to 5 feet with the diving area being 8 1/2 feet deep. Normal pool season is Memorial Day through Labor Day. The temperature must reach 70 before the pool will open. 

Pool privileges are available to Caribe household residents, in good standing, and their guests. The guest fee is $2.00 per day. Children 7 years of age or younger must be accompanied by a responsible adult. 

Only residents who are up to date on their dues may rent the pool and clubhouse Sunday-Saturday for $75.

All day rentals are available on Thursdays.

A $150 deposit is required for rentals.
